NN Conveyor Belt(Nylon Conveyor Belt)

NN conveyor belt is a kind of conveyor belt with high-strength nylon fiber fabric layer as the skeleton material. It adopts the structural design of warp and weft interweaving to ensure excellent tensile strength, wear resistance and impact resistance. As a kind of fabric layered belt, the structural design of NN conveyor belt provides higher load-bearing capacity and is widely used in heavy industries such as coal mining, steel, cement, and chemical industry.

NN conveyor belts are constructed with multiple layers of nylon fibers interwoven in warp and weft to ensure high tensile strength and abrasion resistance. The fibers of each layer of nylon fabric are interwoven and arranged in the longitudinal (warp) and transverse (weft) directions, giving it good load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. The following are the key features of this product:

  • High tensile strength
The use of high-strength nylon fibers as the backbone material provides excellent tensile strength through the warp and weft interwoven structure, which is able to withstand the demands of heavy-duty transportation and reduces the risk of belt failure or damage due to excessive stretching.
  • High abrasion resistance
Each layer of fibers in NN conveyor belts undergoes a fine interweaving process, which enables the belt body to effectively resist abrasion, making it particularly suitable for use when handling rough materials (e.g., coal, ores, etc.), and prolonging the service life of the conveyor belts.
  • Good impact resistance
The warp and weft interwoven structure enhances the impact resistance of the conveyor belt, which can withstand sudden impacts during transportation and reduce the risk of equipment downtime and maintenance.
  • Excellent heat resistance
Nylon material has good heat resistance, making NN conveyor belts able to maintain stable performance under high temperature environment, suitable for application in high temperature working environment, such as steel mills, cement factories, and so on.
  • Low elongation and reduced maintenance cost
Due to the warp and weft interwoven structure, NN conveyor belts are designed with low elongation, which can maintain stable transmission efficiency after a long period of operation, reducing the need for frequent adjustments and maintenance, and thus reducing operating costs.
  • Wide Adaptability
NN conveyor belts are suitable for a variety of industries, especially in heavy industries such as coal mine, steel, building materials, cement, etc., and can ensure stable material conveying even under complicated and harsh working conditions.

With its unique warp and weft interwoven fabric structure, NN conveyor belts provide high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and heat resistance, and at the same time greatly improve the reliability and service life of the belts. It is ideal for long-duration, high-intensity material handling in heavy industry, increasing productivity and reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
